Zandra Beauty started when CEO Zandra Cunningham was 9 years old and obsessed with lip gloss. She wanted to keep buying more. Her dad finally said, “Make your own.” So she did.

Today, Zandra Beauty is a successful business that sells an array of plant-based, eco-friendly beauty products, both online and in brick-and-mortar stores. For Zandra, starting a business at such a young age wasn’t nerve-wracking; she said her parents made her feel supported, beautiful, and confident.

“It's really never too early to start a dream or a business or just start taking action on whatever you want to do,” Zandra said.
