Thanks. With regards to Poland, a few months ago there was a comment made by a top Polish Official that there will be no borders between the two countries. Subsequent to that Ukraine has passed laws that allow Polish citizens a lot of rights in the Ukraine, and that they can hold positions in the police, judiciary, and other jobs that normally would have to have been filled by Ukrainians. So this maneuver has been in the making for a while, if I'm remembering correctly.
