If you are simply just looking to buy an option because its cheaper and sell for more, you are setting yourself up for failure. There is a lot more that goes into the price of a contract and becoming a profitable trader than that. A lot of times this will lead to people not understanding why they lost money. So if you are a beginner options trader or looking into day trading for beginners, make sure you don’t get caught up with this simplistic view of trading options!
