Learning: do not overthink whay my setup go wrong, if there is any mistake clarify it and move to another.

2. Close the chart of perticular asset whenevr you hit a sl or target. If it reverses in case of sl and if it move to more to more profit it will create a regreat and you will enter another time because of which you may loss all profit

3. If u had planned a trade and suppose you are unable to execute it, and you see that some other one took the trade and bookeda hige profit and you regret for this. Understand the point that if you regret you gonna trade at instantly in fomo . Regreat is a slow pision that increases looses all the dicipline and make you trade even when your setup had not came yet

you are absolutely right sir, mindset is the biggest asset of a trader. Last year for the first 3 months i faced a drawdown of 55% and as of now my capital has grown over 83.19%. it is just because i prioritized process over anything

1st mistake : bhai abhi tak asa to hua nahi ha ki maine koi loss jyada hi dil par laga liya ho loss hue ha par accept kar leta hu phir bhul bhi jata hu tab agla trade profit hota ha
2nd mistake : ek baar hua tha tab powergrid 203 par exit kar diya tha next day vo 216 hit kar gaya phir mujhe ek or trade me philipscarbon 253 par exit karna tha lekin pichle vale trade ki sochke exit nahi kiya filhaal loss me ha vo trade par agli baar se dhyaan rakhunga stop loss ya target bas 2 cheej
3rd mistake : overtrading to aaj tak nahi ki bhai loss ya profit book karne ke baad pura din vapas screen dekhta hi nahi hu

Mujhe lagta ha ki mere andar patience nahi ha trade lene ke 10 12 din baad sochta hu ki bhai stoploss ya target hit kyu nahi ho raha bas ye cheej sudharni ha
