I believe everyone here knows the reason he pulled him over is because he "dared" to talk back to a police officer.

Yelling at him for "abusing his horn" while they were guilty of "Obstruction of Traffic" is the epitome of cop arrogance.

I'm sorry if an officer lies they automatically get an F in my book just saying

Who else feels if the man had not called his mother who is an officer that this would have escalated a lot more?

"You're free to write a complaint", because they'll never face repercussions.

You can't honk your horn just because you're annoyed, but as a cop, you can apparently initiate a traffic stop just because you're annoyed. Yeah?

Officer immediately acted like an asshole. He absolutely unnecessarily escalated this situation well beyond what was appropriate. This is text book power tripping.

How is it that 2 drivers talking to each through their car windows WHILE driving is NOT unsafe? If 2 citizens were doing this, they would certainly be ticketed. Honking your horn is legally justified in this situation.

When the cop had his hissy fit and first drove off, he was in a right turn only lane, then went straight ahead, without emergency lights on. So there's a moving violation...

The most hardcore "I'm gonna tell my mom on you" ever.

Notice how the cops tone toward citizens is condescending, and he speaks to other cops with respect? That’s the problem.

"He's got it recorded, so I got no reason to lie to him." Oh, but if the civvie wasn't recording, you'd have a reason to lie about it. Thanks, NYPD.

My dude is extremely level headed, the officers ego is out of control.

Paraphrasing the officer: "The horn is for imminent danger NOT annoyance."

Apparently, this NYPD officer has never been to or lived in New York City.

If he's willing to lie for something as petty as this, imagine what that cop does when he's writing a report with conflict.

I love the fact the guy called his mom to tell on the other officers.

I'd definitely argue that blocking the traffic IS IN FACT creating an imminent danger and circumstances for a traffic accident.

So the officers were driving at 20mph and talking between cars. That in itself is unsafe operation of a motor vehicle.

Wait.... Cop said to not use a horn in NYC? Isn't that the natural sound of the city?
