Not working for me, unfortunately. Cell won't wrap, no matter what I do. I have tried your method, as well as Autofit Row Height, cells are not merged, etc etc, nothing I try will auto expand the row to fit the text. Doing my head in.

the problem I faced is that after double-clicking, the cell shrink and the most top and bottom text are cut off.

A how to video that actually solved my problem. I had wrap text selected and it just wasn't expanding the rows at all. I did as explained in this vid (selected whole sheet and then double clicked between two rows) and it reset everything, expanded the rows, and now works for every row. Thank you.

Please help 🙏 my excel somehow changed the whole setup of width merged columns and now the tip of the text is no visible no matter what 😩 how to change that?

So i was having the same issue with wrap-cell allignment not taking effect as well, and i just found out why. So it turns out that if you have a multiple cell merged together, this cell align will not auto-matically resize the cell based of the content length. So what I did is to try separting everything per cell and resize the column manually-then I applied the cell-allign/wrap text and it worked fine now.
