Jim Walmsley - Final Long Run Before WSER 2021

On 26th June 2021, Jim Walmsley won the Western States Endurance Run for the 3rd consecutive year.

Six days earlier we joined Jim at his training base and home in Arizona on his final long run - 14 miles with over 5000ft elevation gain in scorching conditions in Sedona. Jim shares his information on his preparation leading into Western States Endurance Run, as well as the gear he'll use.
