Guys, I hate to be that guy, but… In Colorado uphill has the right of way…. I know it sucks and I know people should use a little bit more tact when driving because sometimes it’s just not feasible, but nevertheless…..

I live here and four Wheel these mountains all the time. The person going uphill always has the right way. Kind of a bummer for you guys to call him out wrongly and then accuse him of that type of behavior yada yada.I have definitely had this argument before with people who don't know. It's because the vehicle coming down hill has more control! Oh that wasn't a woman in the traditional sense. That was a Colorado mountain hippie they have peculiar behavior. Rarely seen in public they can be spotted slacklining or hanging out at the local coffee shop. Bathing is optional and their odor can be picked up by my dogs for miles😉.

Sorry, the rule everywhere in the country is, the vehicle going uphill has the right away . Its even in the Colorado or Utah’s 4x4 offroad permit test .. cant remember which it was . Yea its always been that way and im in my 50’s always been that way..
