Intuit has FUBARed this feature. Nothing but problems with American Express importing now. After disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times because it stops working, I find hundreds of duplicate transactions and can no longer get the feature to work. Very innovative, Quickbooks. Thanks so much.

Quickbooks only uploaded my most recent 14 transactions. Maybe that's all there was since I connected the bank account, but I would like to have all transactions. I don't remember setting up a start date. Is it too late to rectify this? Is there a way to add in the last year's worth of transactions now?

You did not show the other method that is importing transaction through excel or csv files. How can we do that?

My bank is on your list, but when I select it, it doesn't bring up the bank login window. Instead it brings up a window on how to Manually add transactions. I just called my bank and they confirmed that they participate in Direct Connect for bank feeds, so I don't understand why I can't set it up.

My bank is not on the list and there is no option to add. When I search, it does not come up either.
