This video was perfect. I’m no mechanic but this video made it that easy. 18 mins start to finish. Big win. Great video.

Great video, very clear and helpful. A few minor points relating to my experience with my 2017 Rogue SL AWD Platimum Reserve. My car has a white plastic wire box attached to the left edge of the dash trim (the part behind the glove box that you flex to squeeze the blower motor assembly in and out). This will definitely get in the way, as does the presence of several metal brackets behind the plastic trim. You need to be willing to flex and squeeze the trim - the blower will eventually fit. Also, the white wiring harness male plug attached to the old motor is a pain to remove - you may need to crack the locking clip, or gently warm the plastic with a hair dryer. Thankfully, the replacement blowers all have the female receptacle on a longish lead, making it easy to plug even a cracked male plug into the replacement blower.

Hey Yardi, thanks for the tips. I did it today and it turned out to be mice building up a nest. Works great now. I have to say it is possible to do it this way but you need some skinny arms and a camera to see what you are reaching for blindly. But it does work 100%

Thanks Yardie, your video helped me out so much. I just did this for my in-laws and saved them 500 bucks. Took me about 30 minutes and was perfect for a nissan rogue 2016

Just replaced mine took 30min, hardest part was the disconnection of the wire from the motor, mine was melted a bit. But the whole process worked for a 2016 nissan rouge! Thanks!

Thank you for this video. My mother in law had her blower motor go out. I didn’t want to take apart half of the dash but with the way you did it, yeah it was still hard but I managed to change the blower out. And I’m 5’11 with long arms so it’s hard for me to get my body between the seat and the dash and get my arm in there in the right position

Bought a "repair" book. For this item, the pictures were totally worthless. Thank you for your video. At least I now know it's up higher that the book leads you to think.

Thank you much my blower is acting up and I’ve read it could either be debris or the resistor I’m hoping it’s just debris and I can just take the motor out and get whatever is caught it in working will see tomorrow thanks again!
