Fun fact: Shiny Pikachu is based on Pokémon gold, so it has a gold shiny while Eevee has the same but for Pokémon Silver

In terms of Pikachu's shiny, maybe that's why they made it bad—so the OG will always shine better than it's shiny. 😂😂

I think even with the armor pokemon, of they didn't want to change the full plalettes to reflect each other they could have had an accent color change. Like the red detailing on Armarouge's chest plate could be blue the the eyes and do the same for Ceruledge. It still wouldn't be much but I think it'd be a lot more noticable.

The worst part about the Garchomp one is that its mega form actually has a good shiny. Its entire line + mega form has good shinies except for the badass land shark final form

In game freaks defence pikachus shiny is so bad because they used an algorithm back then for shinys thats why so many blue Pokémon have pink shinys

I 100% agree with u. And also not to mention most Eeveelution shines are garbage (AHEM Leafeon and Glaceon) but Umbreon and Sylveons shinies are beautiful.

And pikachu’s shiny should’ve been blue with green cheek pouches in my opinion!

Garchomp lets better now but they should make the shade of black even darker. Right now it’s goodish though

Pikachu is my favorite Pokemon, and I don't have an issue with the shiny, I honestly like the orange color.

Theory is that Garchomp's base form is what changed. They made it closer to the shiny form
