This is not the issue. The problem is when someone sends me an attachment, if I reply "thank you" and go back to the message, the attachment is gone.

Can't hear audio in this video for some reason - Also, the issue is when I send an email with an attachment to someone, they reply, and then I may or may not reply back - but when I go to the "sent" email folder, this email WITH the attachment doesn't show anymore....Frustrating. Not intuitive at all. Outlook should "default" to always including the attachments, then I'll decide whether to remove them or not.
