How To Permanently Delete Cortana

A tutorial on how to permanently delete Cortana from your Windows 10 computer.
Be forewarned there will be glitches after removing Cortana from your computer. I have discovered two, so far. But there might be more. The first glitch is that you have to click the "Start" button twice to get the start menu to pop up. The second glitch is that you wont be able to search your own files and folders. There may be more glitches I didn't discover, yet. Keep that in mind. If you are OK with this, feel free to follow the steps to removing Cortana.
