Project DA9: Ep 6- Installing New Carpet in the Integra

It didn't come out as nice as I'd hoped, the install guy was a little too knife happy. None the less, the smell is gone and the interior is clean!

I'm considering undertaking a similar project on a 90's VW Golf 1.9 Diesel or a Subaru Impreza or Liberty.

Love the integra project! Always excited to see a new upload on that. I love seeing people fix up old cars and make them run and be nice again.

For interior panels use Dawn dish washing liquid to get the armor all off then spray adhesion promoter on the panels so the spray paint can bond to the panels. After that the paint will not come off and for best results do this in the summer leave all panels to cure for at least one week.

that back carpet looks like a big piss matt, was that carpet a cheap eBay special. i've learned to spend the money and get a good moulded carpet all holes ready to go

Jesus Trev!! Got a little rammy with the knife there?? If that's how how trim stuff, I'm gonna suggest that you use wax to trim the the old fishing tackle instead of scissors. I fear you may have an accidental sex change with that approach!!
The black does look good though...and I can only imagine the car smells much better. No more mountain-man pee smell.
