Upholstery Foam, the different types and the recommended usage.

Upholstery Foam:

Here I discuss the differences between each Upholstery Foam and their usage.
There’s three different grades of upholstery foam that we sell here at Foam Order. The first one, in the lower grade, is the C foam, and that comes in three different foam this is. We have a soft, a medium, and a firm. This foam would be used for occasional use or if someone’s on a really tight budget but wants to replace their cushions. If you sit on it regularly every day, you’re going to start to get that sort of bottoming or that little deep in it after time. So this is a good foam if it’s not used very often.

The next foam is our D foams. This is kind of the medium range. This is good for everyday use, maybe something that you’re not going to keep for a really long time.

Now, if you really want to replace your cushions that you used all the time, you want them to last a really long time, we recommend our EverFlex foam. This is a high resilient foam and it’s great for all applications. You can use it for bedding. You can use it for couch cushions. You can use it for chair cushions, dining room. It’s a great product. You can layer it. You can put a firmer piece on the bottom, a soften piece on the top. This is the foam that we recommend for everyday use.

Upholstery Foam can be used in custom cut foam and made with polyurethane foam sheets.
