Get your sweat on with this demanding 45 minute indoor cycling class! Ride with me through the spin workout rhythm of Tabata training and climbs!

Here is the full workout:
Warm-Up: 5 minutes (including 6 x 10s strides)
HIIT: 5 Sets of Climbs + 4 Sets of Tabata // Rest between sets is 90 seconds
*Climbing Sets (80-85% effort): 45s seated climb/15s rest/45s standing climb/15s rest
*Tabata Sets (90-100% effort): 8 x 20s standing sprint/10s rest
Cool-Down: 2.5 minutes

My husband and I bought a nearly new spin bike from our local gym. I promptly did a search for spin classes and channels to subscribe to. I did this ride last night. It was tough, but I felt great! I look forward to checking more of the rides here.

The best spin class ever... lost a stone in a month with this one. More recently i've been doing this class every day during a ten day isolation period. Like the big timer so I don't have to wear contact lenses or glasses to see. The 30 minute Tabata HIIT would be good with a large timer added but 45 minute is the timeframe i'm aiming for. Looking forward to a 2.0 version of this :-)

Just superb. How I got through those Tabatas is purely due to Kirsten - I was ready to give up after the first one. The 45 mins went so quickly. The best workout & motivator there is. Thank you.

I'm not even sure how I stumbled upon you, but I started cycling more seriously during pregnancy because I had to stop running. You got me through 5 months of pregnancy and now 5 months postpartum, still cycling even though I am able to run again! I never get bored and feel challenged with every workout. Thanks so much for continuing to release great content!
