It is inevitable that at some point in a CCP process, community planners and participants will experience conflict. Talking about our wishes for the future can bring up painful memories of our needs not being met, or our voices not being heard. This session will help you build your facilitation toolkit, so that you can recognize when community members are experiencing a trigger, make space for what needs to be said or done, and support community members to move through conflict in healthy and constructive ways.
