I love using a dry top for the peak. I own a nice recycler top for my peak but find myself using my dry top a lot, not just for on the go situations like I originally intended.

Great video. Many good points brought up. I have both and much prefer the Proxy over the AERIS. The Proxy is so much more versatile and it tastes quite a bit better too. The AERIS has a unique and strange taste to it. The battery life on both devices is not impressive. Both claim to be portable but the short battery life kinda puts a damper on portability. I'm sure Focus V is hoping to sell a shit ton of those expensive batteries. Comparing the two devices is like comparing oranges to apples.

I have only been using the Proxy for about 2 weeks now, but man, oh man have i not left my honeymoon stage with it.

So many i use, in a week i fall out of love with it, see issues and problems (usually shitty coils) and it becomes a put it in the pile thing.

But the Proxy has been so consistent for those 2 weeks, as good as day 1 and no issue with it as a daily driver, and I dont see that changing soon. I got it for 260 CAD (around 190 USD).

The only thing i am not huge on is the mediocre battery life, i wish they could for that make it better and not have to charge it so often. I believe that could also be fixed with an auto shut off, so many times I have left it on thinking i turned it off, and then press in the button to turn it on and it turns off and i am like, how does a device like this not have an auto shut off after so much inactivity. Then i will use it a few times and the battery dies. Puffco really needs to fix that on the next version, seems like a massive oversight they didnt do that.

My only issue though is not with the product, but the prices of accessories, like 45 CAD (granted at a higher priced head shop) for the ball cap carb as a replacement, its like it is a little but of silicone and a small peice of glass.. that is like 10 dollars at most, and 35 dollar Puffco tax. The herb bowl is like 50 dollars, and its just a little glass piece, for 50 dollars can buy a nice dedicated bowl, no reason why that should be that much. Those 2 things I think for the price of the product should be included in the package off the bat as accessories. Another thing they could add is a 14mm adapter for it to use in a glass peice, using it almost like an e nail.. they dont do that, though there are companies who do make it for a decent price.

Puffco needs to chill on those prices and i think people would be more inclined to spend money on it.

But the actul device in my experience has been the best thing i have got.

You're not lying about the Core I picked one up with the bigger recycler bubbler and I love it. Only wish would be for a bigger atomizer like the Peaks XL chamber
