Trying the viral Chili Crab Pasta collaboration of Mila and Uncle Roger #spicy #challenge

A couple of years ago I did a backpack trip to Asia, in order to explore the culture and of course the food!
Little did I know, I got hooked immediately in the local cuisines. Everything I tried was excellent and there were so many new flavors and spices to taste!
Coming back home to America, I wondered how can I get all these authentic flavors back into my kitchen. Where and how can I get all the ingredients to recreate all those amazing flavors from the East, and then I discovered the Mila products! Everything I needed, in a bag or a box! Easy, affordable and delicious! Oh! AND delivered to my door, nationwide!

Their steamed dumplings (coming frozen in a bag of 50 pieces) are probably the best thing that happened to me! But more about that on a next video.

Here I will try the special collaboration between team Mila and Uncle Roger, recreating one of my all time favorite Singaporean dishes, the "Chili Crab".
I have previously uploaded a whole video with the first time I tried this dish in Singapore and I couldn't stop eating it, so when I saw this collab online, I wasted no time. I ordered 3 boxes and I ate all of them in two days time! hahahahaha!

So, thank you to team Mila for bringing all these authentic Asian flavors to our kitchens, and now LET'S GO EAT!
