Besides making currency, show like a hobby video. Like a boating or swimming or something recreational. Like Don Jr does, show your human passion driven self. It is good only if you're the one that's benefiting from it like the banks do.
I mean I get an advance of $300 on a Capital One card and told to spend less than 2%
It makes no sense .. but it does if you're the one benefiting from the debt.

Right. Good debt for a home is when someone else lives there paying for your mortgage while the house appreciates in financial value. And as long it's a monthly positive cashflow property each month of course.
