The Palestinian national movement is in crisis. Divided between a Hamas-controlled Gaza and a Palestinian Authority that has lost credibility with the West Bank population it partially controls, the movement lacks not only cohesion but an effective strategy to bring about an end to Israeli occupation. Confronted by Israel's most right-wing fundamentalist government, which is committed to maintaining permanent control over most of the West Bank and Jerusalem, the movement is drifting with little more than symbolic support from the international community.

What is the Palestinian strategy? If the two-state solution has failed, what is the Palestinian endgame and how do they mean to achieve it? What happens the wake of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’ presidency? And what can Palestinians realistically expect from the Arab world and the United States?

Join Aaron David Miller as he sits down with Dr. Ashrawi to discuss these and other issues.

Here are some factors that may help peace to visit the people that Ashrawie represents
1) All peoples should stop identifying her people as Palestinians…… they are NOT…!
These people are just plain Arabs .

2) The education system in those areas that Ashrawie represents must stop teaching hate towards the Jews . For anyone reading this please search out what these people are teaching their children….it’s not pretty.

3) All peoples must ditch the concept that Israel is an apartheid state . This is NOT true and all it does is vilify Israel baselessly.

4) All people should ask themselves the most obvious question…. Israel have up complete control over Gaza in exchange for peace. In return
the Gazans are showing the Israelis with deadly rockets…….. Why …?

5) At what point will the world and especially people like this interviewer recognize that the Jews were persecuted in every single country to which they migrated for the past 2, 000 years .
Now they finally have a 2 by 4 price of land to call their own . A place they would like to live in peace with their neighbors. Does anyone really expect the Israelis to allow their enemies to have an equal vote in the government….?
