Samsung Voice & Video Call Not Working

Let's fix your Samsung device if the voice or video calls are not working properly.

If you're trying to make a normal audio call or a video call and your microphone or camera aren't working, I walk you through the steps to fix it in this video. Keep in mind, this will reset the cache and data for your camera and calling app but if you have an issue with the hardware this of course won't fix it. We will also try resetting your network settings so that you can see if that helps. If your microphone or camera has a hardware issue then you may need to take it into Samsung to fix it. This works on any Samsung mobile phone or tablet in 2021.

most probably if encountering this problem the solution is the last option, the specific app you are trying to call/video chat on doesn't have microphone, camera, music and sound permissions, I just allowed those and it worked, thanks man keep it up!

My video call that you can do while on a phone call only seems to work with other Samsung users. It asks you to accept but it says the other caller wants to remain on the regular call???? The same person I can use Google video call on though
