Why does the unlocked version not have the video calling function

So I just bought A S10e 6 days ago from T-Mobile. Been having T-Mobile for 9 years now... I don't see that "video calling option" why is that?

Plis make a video on k20 6 64 gb ..after updating to android 10 i cannot video call when. I try to call it just disconnect and when i try to switch during voice call it cnnot be updated and also flash light is disabled when using any app concerned with camera plis reply

Unlocked version don't have this feature. Use Facebook messenger if you want video calls.

This only works if you have a carrier based phone and you have HD Video enabled on your account. Unlocked phones are not supported.

I had this option and it just went away. Unfortunately this didn't work for me the option wasn't there. I restarted my phone and it the option came back.

I don't have a video call switch, but it accidentally makes a video call FREQUENTLY. Driving me crazy.
