Love the zine, love the production with the shoveling and the read. I can so relate to the page with the guts spilling out. Feel the badger in your gut, breathe, be mindful, shovel gently but with self love. Remember, you know where the "bodies" are buried, if you ever need to revisit them to clear your mind!
