If only there was an established ranking system in which each chess player is assigned a numerical strength score which when paired with another players score allows us to calculate what percentage of games would each player win when playing each other.

I think its very different case scenario now after a year because he has started road to gm and we should admit that levy is damn good even if magnus is no.1, levy can atleast win 40-50 games easily and if we add the unknown opponent gambit (which is when levy don't know who he's playing against) he could easily get more than 50 maybe not all wins but draws also.
