What else helps reduce rock chips in windows and also lessons your chance of getting decapitated that's often overlooked is tailgating or following too closely. If you are traveling a safe distance away from the vehicle in front of you and not doing 80mph 3ft away from the car in front of you the likely hood of you getting a trailer hitch stuck in your eyeball is greatly reduced

What about if you take your phone out to film another driver? Like you think they are drunk or causing an accident? Can you film that?

I wish my state have mud flap laws like Arizona did. We do have a mud flap law, but Arizona has more requirements than my state. I failed 4 different vehicle inspections over my windshield being cracked by trucks and trailers tires tossing rocks. If they're going to give us hell over cracked windshields. They should start giving hell over mud flaps.
