hi I loved your video it really explained a lot and told me almost every thing i wanted to know and yes i have tons of movie cartoon clips and even music videos that i want to upload and use on my channels as fair use! and my main question is to use movie and cartoon clips like ghostbusters five nights at freddys and jurassic world or jurassic anything can i contact universal or nbc and get permission for fair use in order to use it and it all has a copyright claim on it and is or blocked right now but to use it with permission from them does it cost anything?

I uploaded a video that was CLEARLY fair use, went through the entire appeal process, and eventually issued a false DMCA claim, challenging the company to take me to court. Except that YouTube refused to process my claim, refused to pass it on to the comapany, and instead gave me a copyright strike.
