Reticulated Hillstream Loaches are my favorite. I never tire of watching mine get the zoomies during feeding time.

I found one of my nerites on the floor one morning not so long ago, it was all dried out. I put it back on the aquarium and somehow after some hours it came back to life lol

Had no idea you guys have a channel, I recently added Easy Green to my arsenal I can’t tell you how happy I am! Amazing results! The cleanup crew lineup in my 30 gallon breeder is: 1 Hillstream, 1 Polka Dot, 1 Reticulated, 2 Mystery snails, 2 Nerites (1 Tiger, 1 Olive) 1 Inca, 1 Ivory, and 1 Midnight! 🐌

I found nerites to be surprisingly cute with their radulas being visible while they munch on the algae on the glass.

Love Pinocchio’s. Recently got them from a breeder in Portland area. Would strongly recommend! They’re not just great algae eaters, they’re super fun to watch. One of my new favorites!

Great video, and perfectly timed for me. Im just getting back into the hobby after 12-15 years away from it, and my plated Betta tank is just-this-week having an algae bloom on (only) the side with the heater, thank you 🙏 The tank: Topfin 6 gallon (triangular shaped bow front) with one large (relative to tank size) fake "wood" and 7 Live plants (mostly anubius, of i spelled that right). 1 Betta, 3 cories, and as of today 1 nerite snail. Not my first tank by far, but my first time adding live plants 😊

It's been 8+ months and even after ALL the water changes and using purigen i still can't put nerite snails in my tank because I used fenbendazole.. what gives?? Crazy that it still kills them after all this time..I miss having snails 😢 definitely think this needs to be talked about and made known to others.
