5:13 This happens because there are fluids in your ear that tell your brain which way you are orientated... if you lay down those fluids end up pointing to the back of your head, Upside down they go to the top, (etc.) When you are dizzy it is those fluids start swirling around in your head making your brain confused. In space those fluids are much calmer and can tend to fix themselves self after a very short amount of time.

I’m so happy they’re finally doing some really cool and impressive zero gravity experiments and demonstrations. When I was a kid they would barely show anything off, just boring bubble here and there and just passing a ball around or something . These are so cool, loved the somersaults!
