That was about the smoothest move getting the cuffs on him I have ever seen! And Deputy Sloup was so cool going about it and letting him know what was getting ready to happen without any hesitation. He commanded the situation with 100% control over it. That was impressive in all aspects!

That is the smoothest physical removal from a vehicle I have EVER seen. It’s also the least amount of back and forth sh*t talking I’ve ever seen! Nobody hurt or roughed up, nobody out of breath, not even a hair out of place! Nicely done!

I've been arrested by a deputy like this. When got out of prison 16 months later he helped me with rides, jobs etc. I didn't refuse to get out of a car as I didn't have a car at that point. 15 years clean but only because random people cared.

Handcuffed the driver behind his back while he's still sitting in the driver's seat and then calmly helped the driver out of the truck. Amazing.

Ive never seen anyone who is so good at this. Frank can arrest people while theyre behind the wheel of their own car. Thats one of the hardest arrests you can make

Nice to see a cop that doesn't spend a half hour trying to negotiate with these people. He keeps it short and simple.
