I love thats he’s so kind when the guy says “are you gonna write me for it ?” As if he were thinking he thought he wasn’t gonna get a ticket and Frank says “Absolutely, 100%”

I am impressed with your politeness and professionalism in dealing with such an ass hat. My Dad once told me a story of when he was pulled over. Dad told the officer that everyone was going the same speed. The officer asked “Have you ever been duck hunting?” My Dad replied “Yes”. The officer replied “Well sir, your the duck.”
