Always a great idea to receive a brief from an instructor before trying these as well :)

Took Flight 101/102 at Skydive City, Fl. Great courses with great coaches! I should take 201 whenever I get a break. Love these videos. R

I just did my B license canopy course last week. I learned so much and have become so much more comfortable under my canopy. My landing still sucks, but that's cause I have no depth perception but I'm working on that. I do plan on taking many more canopy courses. So much more to learn.

Finally doing a canopy course with Josh Colby at Skydive Chicago. Like the vid. Please keep making great videos. You truly are an asset to our sport.

Great video! It would be super useful to also explain when to use (and main differences between) toggles, front, and back risers.

Great video as always (the only thing I found is where you talk about toggle stalls you actually show a rear riser stall being executed). Canopy courses help a lot - having a coach looking and evaluating what you are doing not only makes it safer, but also helps avoid learning incorrect techniques which could be more difficult to fix after they are in your muscle memory.

My instructors strongly recommend to do all this exercises in a hop-n-pop jumps.

I took the Gustavo Pio Basic canopy course and one day I hope to take the Gustavo Pio Advanced and Pro Canobie course! I’ve heard he’s like the best in the United States!

I had my first unintended stall yesterday, at 1, 500 ft. I pulled the toggle too quickly. Lucky I had seen your video on stalling, so I knew what was going on.

So long ago... I was USPA qualified once upon a time. Now I barely remember anything at all. :)
I'm trying to get it started up again and this video was really nice!

How I envy modern day skydivers - back in 1986 when I did my first jumps we were jumping with round canopies that had a tiny forward speed and a sink rate that meant if you fluffed your plf you could get hurt badly.

Nope. No canopy course because I am still in AFF A and have not finished for my license. It is on my bucket list.

Canopy course this week, but also you can do a high pull and try all these maneuvers with a high pull you will have at least 10k feet and the sky for yourself
