Hypnotization has nothing to do with what everyone else in this comment section is thinking about. You cannot be hypnotized unless you want to be, it is impossible to hypnotize someone to act like something or do something for you if they do not want to, and if learning about hypnotherapy is boring you, why are you watching?

What if someone has a hard time getting relax and fall asleep ? I have a hard time relaxing I wish I could get something like that done if I could get hypnosis I would ask how can I not be afraid of loud noises, and get rid of pain,

That hypnosis woman gave me the heebee jeebies, , , not to put the wet blanket on someone reading this but I've got news for you, , , Jesus Christ is the only one who can give you peace of mind and also help the drs put you on the right meds for whatever the case may be, , , I have to call upon Jesus each day to help me get through whatever I'm going thru, , , ,
