I don't care what anyone tells you, nobody can hypnotize you if you really don't want to be hypnotized, it takes participation and involvement on your end, a complete openness to the idea of hypnosis (suggestion) if you will..

i've did it 8 years ago, i was only 16, and aftet a week or two studying hypnosis i was able to put 3 people in trance i. the First try.

To hypotise do you have to be able to snap your fingers. Just every hypnotist does it. I only ask because I have no click lol

I watch alot of hypnotism vids and I have learned how it feels to be almost or in a trance, a feeling deep in my stomach. That is what Im feeling now. Really hope I get to see a hypnotist in person some day!

In a moment, the strangest thing is gonna happen, because in a moment as i count from 1 to 3, on the count on 3 when your eyes are gonna open, the stangest thing is gonna happen because when i snap my fingers just like that, your legs, your feet are going to become completely stuck, magnetized, cemented into the ground, it's impossible, and the more your try to move those feets, the more you try to stand up, the more impossible it becomes, even if you're going to try and move those feets now you're gonna see it's impossible, really try and move those feets, really try, know how that feels, really try that's right, and on the count on 3, only on the count on 3 eyes open, 10 times more stuck and notice how that feels 123 and open, try to move those feets, how does that feels. Try to move those feets, the more you try, the more you fail, really try, are you really trying ? Here's the interresting part of it, keep your hands like this and really press them into each other, cause here is the interresting so watch, as soon as i touch her on bout of her knees, her legs are gonna be completly free, but her hands will be completly stuck together look, ( and make sound) you can move them with no problem, look try and seperate your hands, it's impossible. Really try, the more you pull them the more they are stick. are you really trying? it is weird isn't it. And watch, as soon as i snap my fingers both of your arms are going to go completly dead and really relaxed you can't even lift them watch this watch "claps". Really try to lift those hands, are you really trying ?

XXX Now look here is the interresting thing, as soon as i tap her on the head, your whole body's going to be completly free but you are going to completly forget your name " snaps finger" it's like it is just suddenly gone, it's like you know when you have a peace of information on the tip of your tongue but suddenly you notice that it's just gone ? "snaps again"

_Deeper and deeper and deeper, that's right all the way down
_ you are doing perfectly, and each time i say the word sleep you go into that peaceful place inside yourself, and i wonder if you have noticed, that even if you can scan through your body, all that you can feel is good. Because every negativity, every stress, discomfort or tension that you can feel any blockage can easily and effortlessly dissolve from you now. Taking any energy that you no llonger need, and just shooting it out using your feet, into the earth's core, and just allow your unconscious to replenish you with only the most positive, the most inspiring energy vibration of positivity, of love and of light. And in a moment, i'm going to count up form 1 to 5. And on the count of five and only on the count of five, you are going to be completly wide awake, no longer hypnotized, like you just had 3 hour nap, 1 hour massage, ready to learn, ready to absorb this information, and feeling better than you ever felt in your whole life, As if you've just been born again. IF this is okay with you just nod yes. That's right.
_ ANd on the count of five you are gonna get a burst of this amazing feeling, you are just gonna feel on to of the world, getting ready to count up, 1 2 and 3 taking a deep breath in of that great feeling, and 4 and 5 "suddenly claps" eyes open, wide awake, give her applause!

i liked how they added at the end, that when someone is hyppntized, they are actually experiencing, the sense of true self, and that sometimes, it felt like a war between the ego, and the true self, which was trying to regain control.

The question the woman makes about being able to take control under hypnosis is a good point because it is a thing of conceptual submission to the hypnotist the person has given their permission for their choices to be made by the hypnotist who directs by suggesting a command in the same sentence, it's is a fact that seems like a suggestion and because the fact takes place like you will feel relaxed then the suggestion takes place also like you will forget your name, it's a direction in the guise of a suggestion

I was able to be somewhat hypnotized before to where I couldn't move my arms while my eyes were closed, but I've never been able to experience something like this where you feel wide awake but unable to move a certain limb or something. I really want to experience this, but I can't get it to work without closing my eyes and extremely focusing. She just looks so calm and natural...
