The BEST Michelin Starred Brunch in Washington DC

Is this the best Michelin starred brunch in DC? There are only a handful of the starred restaurants that offer meals other than than dinner and we are going to try them all. Where should we go next?

IMPERFECTO in Washington DC is one of the most beautiful restaurants on the east coast. A Michelin Starred restaurant with a menus that take inspiration from everywhere (isn’t that the definition of America?). In the same meal you can have Burrata (Italy) then Merguez (Algeria) followed by Brioche (France) and a Burger (Americana sit it’s best).
For our recent brunch we were not disappointed. The sunny day helped highlight everything beautiful about the space and the service was worthy of its Michelin star.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Washington DC and home to a “Best Brunch in DC” experience.
