My friend and I have a problem with the teleport whenever my friend tries to teleport she clicks on the button but nothing appears and for me whenever I make a portal it does the portal making animation or whatever it is and then my screen is down and i try to move it but it doesn't so I can't enter the portal because I can't see the button you have to click

Edit:I quit playing rh because my device can't handle it

2:21 I’m not sure if it really depends on graphics because everything glows for me but I always have graphics on the lowest! It’s just for me tho idk about anyone else!

I've had this exact issue a few weeks ago! I was looking for videos about this but now it's already fixed for me 😭 it fixed for me when i reset my outfit (i wear LOTS of accesories haha!)

i have a question: how did you change the colors of your teleportation staff- thingy? i cant seem to find a button for this and I don't like the bright pink colors on it :v

I click on the teleport, all the icons for the teleport appear, bc i hear it, but I can't teleport because there are no icons, everything is invisible.. I don't know what to do. The same with the fountain. I play on my phone. I couldn't find a suitable video about it..
I tried everything I could but nothing helped.. I have the same thing with the fountain.. when I press make a wish, nothing appears, it's invisible. I don't want to click at random answer.. idk what happened..

hi i have the same problem but i dont have any glowing items and whenever i try to teleport the different places you can click to go to the places doesn't come and when i stop teleporting i cant move anything and even when i reset i still cant move. Do you know what i could do to that?

It never lets me use the fountain or computer login I've lost my streak at least 5 times since the campus 3 came out ;-; kinda wishing it goes back to how it was so it's easier tbh

I have this glitch where when i join rh and click on the tp button, nothing shows up it's just the map behind not even the trees. And whem i exit the tp screen my screen freezes, it's so annoying :/

OMG thank you! This was so annoying during the Royalween update when I was going between Campus 3 and Wickery Cliffs. Apparently, it doesn't work with the lil ghost skin either. I literally spent the whole month not being able to teleport and not even knowing why.
