Hi Tony, apparently if you turn off "advertise short to subscribers" your short will be viewed by more people. Apparently when the algorithm realizes that not a high percentage of your subscribers (the dead accounts) are not watching your short, it will not show it to others since it considers it less interesting. Give it a try! It cannot hurt.
