Young Men On TRT?

There is a current trend for young men in their 20s and 30s to go on ‘testosterone replacement therapy’ (TRT). Often times these men have natural testosterone levels in the normal range, but notice improvement in their workouts and muscular development when they start taking testosterone. Many clinics, especially telemedicine clinics prescribe without a thorough evaluation. The problem is that once you start on an exogenous hormone like testosterone, your natural levels will decrease. Shutting down production can lead to testicular atrophy and long-term fertility issues. These risks are not often discussed.

I have no plans to have children. My normal testosterone levels are just not cutting it in my life. I have no energy and struggle to make gains. I’ve had this for a long time and at 27 I think it’s time I do something about it.

I'd rather just get on trt young and stay on it forever so I never have to worry about "declining" test levels with age. Rather than wait for it to decline and feel like crap I'd like to just prevent the decline from happening to begin with and keep the test levels high for life. If my body's gonna fail me, I don't want it from my body. I'll just get it from a bottle.

i am 17. unable to release s3men while awake, ive tried anything you can think of for however long. i only release very rarely when i have nocturnal emissions, which is something that worries me quite a bit, i plan on trying to get bloodwork done for hormones, what do you think of my situation?

I got on TRT at 19 because I’m a true hypogonadal. No libido, depression, fatigue, excessive fat gain and can’t even maintain weight pre TRT without starving myself. It is truly miserable. I accepted the risk and I don’t want to live my prime as a low test loser with zero sex drive and fat. My levels pre t were 200 despite going down every avenue to try and raise levels naturally and trying to find a root cause of the issue.
