I developed some anxiety late last year (2020). I have never had anxiety, so I starting trying to figure out what might have been causing it. I cut something out of my diet that I had only started using months before, and attributed the anxiety toward that. What it may have been, though, was an effect from having Covid in late March 2020.

You missed some important talking points "doctor". What you talk about psychological damage due to covid-19 let's not forget the fear spread through media, government, and all of the effects the many stresses the lockdown can have psychologically.

More like what taking it seriously does. Stay inside, don’t lift weights, don’t worship god and take news seriously. No wonder everybody’s insane
