I have no problem of the game opening but the screen freezes and the audio still plays. After that the whole game crashes. Now when I open the game, it keeps crashing as it starts up. I'll try this method and see if it works tho.

The game freezes for me quite offtain when i close out of a action like the bag or the map, then the game continues to run while the screan is still in that menu, i tried to do exactlly the same but the only thing is i cant set genshin as a high priority in the details part for some reason saying its access is denied, if theres a way to bypass that i would be happy
