Tags are then like a short cut to go instantly to a file or folder? Interesting!

When finder lists files according to tags it does so according to the (alphanumeric) name of the tag (i.e. the name of its colour) so Green starting with G is before Orange (starting with O). This is highly confusing. E.g. if one wants to opt for an traffic light system order. Bur this requires renaming the tags; e.g. 1-2-3.. which then is also confusing. There should be some way where the user should be able to specify green is first or red is first and for finder to adopt that ranking. So lets say files have green when ready to share and red if there is a deadline and need priority so in that folder I want files or folders with red tags to appear first and then those with green tags. But in another folder where I have photos. Maybe white is OKish, Yellow a bit better, Orange a bit better and green best (ready to be viewed/shared). So I want the photos with the green tag appearing first in the finder. Unsure if I made sense but I wonder how this maybe organised?
