I've recently started rereading parts of the Lean Startup by Eric Ries, a book that I came across 8 years ago and have continuously referenced ever since I started working on tech-related side projects.
At its core, the Lean Startup is all about continuous innovation and improvement, which revolves around the build, measure, and learn feedback loop. I've so far built quickly, tested thoroughly, and then reflected slowly (or at least tried to. I still rush) for my two tech-related side projects.
Today, we acquired our first paid user. User feedback is king.
