Just came back from Norway and it’s pretty much the same there. One time I was 7 minutes late to buy a beer in the supermarket.. and the 16 year old boy at the cash register told me politely that from 8 pm I can’t get anymore alcohol, people looking at me like I was a common criminal haha. As a Dutch person I was like 🤯... I knew it was strict, but that strict? 😂 It’s fine tho, just a little adjustment..

Another amazing video!! Thanks! 😘

Ps. And oh my... and I was right about the guys! No one dared to talk to me in 15 days. They look, but that’s about it 😂...

In Denmark they do sell stronger liquor in supermarkets! It's just locked behind doors, so you specifically have to ask the storeclerk what bottle of alcohol you'd like to have!

I tried to by alcohol (karhu or Lapin kulta olut) at a local Helsinki convenient store, it was a little past 21:00. The covers were pulled over the alcohol and light were off. I didn’t know that you could let buy after 21:00, I took my beer to the cashier, and that’s where he stopped me...😦. So I know first hand, you can’t buy after 21:00 (9pm) in Finland!! 🍺

Do you have Swish in Finland? Maybe that was what you were talking about when you said app and a person's phone number.

There's a theory that "babies sleeping outdoor in the winter are healthier", but it has more to do with indoor air having more bacteria thanks to more people in a closed space so it's more like indoor air is not as healthy.

I'm shocked! Especially for the 1st and 2nd ones😐😐
Aleksi, about payment with the debit card:
Even for a simple coffee that maybe it costs 1, 50euro, you can use the debit card? 'Cause here in Italy for little numbers like that is common using cash instead!

That public gambling is really annoying, especially when those machines are so noisy.
Cash is needed in some buses and even some hotels.

Monia muitakin tilanteita on, missä käteinen raha pelastaa pulasta. Jopa presidentti Niinistö pitää 50 euron seteliä mukanaan kaiken varalta.
