If you noticed, after Ultron said “peace” there was a sad expression in his face for a second since he realised his mission was complete which meant he had no more purpose. That is until Thanos showed up revealing more opportunities for him to continue his mission in other planets until he wiped them all out as well which led to him with no purpose again until he saw the Watcher. It’s just like what Thanos said about how everything should be in balance. Ultron destroyed that balance when he eradicated all life and because of that he was left feeling empty inside waiting for the next thing to fill it

Yeah this was a bit strange but remember, Shuri did say that visions synapses weren't programmed to work collectively with the mind stone. Meaning Banner and Tony had to manually configure or set up the neurons that were connected to the mind stone. It was like an unused feature of the vibranium.

Ultron probably DID do it, it was his own design after all. It means he can change at will how connected his brain is to the mind stone. It's why he had much better control over it and was able to use more of its power. He can also eject it from his brain without dying. It's how hes able to move it between his outer helmet and his forehead. Since it's the mind stone I'd be surprised if he couldn't read minds as well. When Thanos arrived he seemed to immediately have knowledge of the stones and was fascinated by them.

I pictured Thanos putting more of a fight but then again, he sorely underestimated Ultron since he possessed 5 stones and thought that he was already unbeatable.
Who'd thought that some stranger would just laser you in half the moment you entered the ring.

Karma really doesn't like Thanos, than again he did make us cry upon seeing Avengers Infinity War.
Still doesn't justify the fact that Ultron a artificial intelligent that Tony Stark created out of sheer paranoia which ends up being a very terrible mistake let alone a very unwise life decision any human can make. Commits genocide throughout the Marvel Universe, at least now we know what happens when you combine Age of Ultron with Infinity War not exactly a good combination our little kid selves would be to fond of seeing.
Word to the wise DO NOT play with artificial intelligence, unless you want to bring that hellish nightmare that is Ultron to life.
