Holy Smokes!... This might be the best computer tech type of explainer video I've ever seen. You answered everything. I'm new to Linux from Windows 10 and getting my XAMPP web server set up has been a pain in the neck...

Great Video. If i'm using localhost xampp, how can I set permission for a plugin to 777? Also, there's no problems in 777 permissions on localhost right?
