During the Memorial to Ty on the 1 year anniversary of Tys death Amy stated that he had given her enough love to last her a life time. Again in Season 17, episode 1 Amy told Mallory that she wasn't interested in looking for another love partner. It would be great if the writers could honor those statements. It would be so much better for the series. Why is this series not available on You Tube each week after 16 years. Has the viewer base gone don that much. I felt that the series should have ended with season #15. However; since they decided to continue, they should leave Amy to lead a very good, rewarding life as a single mom. For me, the series has always been about the growing up and solid relationship between Amy and Ty.;

My mother has early dementia, she was devastated when Ty was gone. She watches Heartland "every day", because to her it's like watching it for the first time...She even cried when Ty died. You can always bring Ty back with a different look, maybe blonde hair or looking slightly different and say it's Tys relative. Edwin looks good, but I think someone a little more different like John krasinski, someone slightly older yet handsome...

Amy needs to leave the men alone. Focus on raising lindy. I can’t believe the writers put in a water episode with her and Edwin. It was just like the one with her and Ty. What a joke. It’s not just the writers because Amber is a consulting producer so she is trying really hard to get Amy with someone. Should have ended the series at 13. Now it’s just a soap opera. That’s too bad because it was such a great show.

Wish you could bring Ty back, I know he passed away but you can bring him back. No Caleb And no Edwin, bring Ty back. Ty was there in the beginning and he should be there when it ends. Ty is great actor, don't kill him off please.

Heartland has lost it way all these men the producer and writer or trying to hook Amy with will never work they or using some of the memories we have with her and Ty like Finn kissing Amy in the barn where Ty first kiss her then her and by the river the water slapping her and Ty did in season 3 get real that Amy and Ty love story look like they doing it too get the fan ok never I will not watch season 17 I done with heartland
