Based on some of these comments it seems like a lot of people just read the title and didn’t even bother watching the whole thing 🤦‍♂️

If the jury understands reasonable doubt and doesn’t allow emotion to determine their mindset, there is definitely reasonable doubt and we are only hearing prosecution witnesses so far.

"She had to watch the video to determine the cause of death" that isn't what she is supposed to do. You are supposed to examine the body and state explicitly what you find on the body without outside bias. The fact that she had to look at the video to determine the cause of death only means one thing. That is she didn't determine the cause of death at all, the only thing she determined is what she wanted to be true. If the cause of death was physical due to a knee you would have seen major damage it's as simple as that. The fact that she (I guess claims) didn't says it all. So she should just be thrown out of the trial potentially because of bias.

Another important question is if this medical examiner did not see any evidence of neck and back injury and there was no sign of airway narrowing (no hoarseness or stridor), why did he put neck pressure as the immediate and not a contributory factor?
The answer is political and not legal or medical, pure and simple. They're afraid the same as Chief Justice's fear was of a widespread riot. Again political.
Fentanyl intoxication is what killed george, Derek happened to be the scapegoat.

FYI: your airways doesn't need to be cut-off before asphyxiation occurs. It only needs to be comprised sufficiently for oxygen to dip.

The death certificate is written wrongly, we were taught from the eighties that:
1- cardiopulmonary arrest (CPA) should not be used at all on line 1 bec everybody dies bec of that and it is death itself. Death cannot be its cause
2- the immediate event that lead to CPA goes on line 2 and should be a codable medical diagnosis listed in ICD10 diagnostic codes
3- the underlying med diagnoses that lead to the immediate even.
An example:
Cardiogenic shock due to
Myocardial infarction due to
Atherosclerosis
Other contributing diseases:
Hypertension
Diabetes
Chronic kidney failure

My take on the ME findings, is what he didn't find. He did not find any issues with his neck and back areas. Speaks volumes.

Well unfortunately for the prosecution, the three experts yesterday were not the chief medical examiner who did the autopsy so, that kind of sucks

The other experts did not see the body or do the autopsy. This is the guy I was waiting to hear from. The one that actually examined the body. If it would not have been an election year, the year it happened we would not be having a trial today. I have been keeping a opened mind. I was hoping that the officers did not cause the death of mr Floyd. I do believe officers should take into account how old someone is in their use of force. I think the chances of heart problems happening increase with age. But with the heart problems Mr. Floyd had, his heart was a ticking time bomb Especially with adding the none prescribed drugs.

I guess police officers are not suppose to try and arrest a resisting subject unless they ask him first if he is perfect health condition and can withstand an altercation with the police.

M.E. said knee in prone position was at base of his neck on the larger flat place we have there. To prevent air flow the both the corotid arteries wpuld have to have been blocked. Believe his heart arteries shrinkage & heart enlargement already caused him to have to breath harder. Since he had blocked arteries in heart, couldnt. Fentanyl plus Meth plus Covid sure didnt help things that he took up to 5 minutes before he was on ground. He shouldve maybe sat in back seat & tried to calm down but raised cain to get out. If owner of cup foods hadnt called cops over $20 fake bill he would still be alive too. He had some no good friends, his drug dealers, in car with him...he was an addict for many years...why didnt his family intervene years ago? Cannot convict if reasonable doubt. Learned so mich msm would never tell truth about. Its a bad situation. But, defense has made more sense of late.
