He says he’s “going to die” fairly early in the video. He knew he might die at that point because he knew he just swallowed drugs. He had just overdosed not that long before this and probably figured he was screwed. He was acting the same way during the 2019 arrest. Refusing to comply, acting erratic, yelling for his mother, swallowing drugs.
