So in two passes the 1-3-1 zone defensive responsibilities totally break down?

That's just not how a 1-3-1 zone moves

This is not an ideal offense at all for youth basketball btw vs a 1-3-1 zone.. Unless your kids are elite passers and can actually get to the 3rd or 4th action of the offense and remembering to screen.

There is no floor integrity. The 2 has to move to top of floor or you will get run outs all day

None of that demonstrates that you understand how the 1-3-1 is going to cover any of this.
For 1... when that ball goes to the Wing D5 will move to FRONT O5 on his low side and D1 will slide down to cover him from the High Side.
So O5 will not be able to screen D5 from the right side so that O4 can run off that screen.
And even if O4 does move that way D5 will move with him NOT D3... and D1 will fully cover O5,
And on the pass to the Corner D4 and D3 (should be D2, but it is your diagram) will Trap O1 and look to cut off his passing angle.
Going into the Corners against the 1-3-1 is EXACTLY what the Defense wants you to do. So not a good strategy to do EXACTLY what the Defense wants.
A 1-3-1 can and will also Trap the Wings... but you are out so wide and deep that they will probably just let your 2 and 3 stand there uselessly.

With the ball in that Corner you are also allowing D3 (on the weak side) to back up BOTH D1 and D5 who are fronting BOTH the High and Low Post so you won;t be able to throw the Lob into the post and will be just waiting to pick off that Skip Pass to O2 so that D2 can get an EASY Break Away Layup.
People THINK that just because the 1st Pass is Open in Looks like Horns and a 1-4 that attacking the 1-3-1 should be done with those types of sets.
I guess it CAN be done IF your 2nd Action and 3rd Action don;t put you right into the TEETH of the Defense but really Teams that run the 1-3-1 Well SALIVATE at the chance to pick apart those Offenses and their Coaches LAUGH when they see that this is how you plan to attack the Defense.

Run a 2 Guard Front. Something like a 2-1-2 Offense is most likely to actually give you some chance of finding something open.
