CoD H2M Server List Fix

v2 Released - The favourites only holds 100 servers, so the file now pulls only 100 servers to prevent bugging.
v3 Released - Includes loading animations

NOTE: You may need to right click and 'open with' python for the first time.

hi mate I'm 95% sure I did it correctly but for some reason its pulling 74 servers ?
